Our client, a UK leader in their field, is expanding their outbound telephone sales team due to promotions and continued growth. They’re seeking motivated individuals with B2B sales experience, strong customer service skills, or a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Engage in outbound calls to initiate conversations with prospective clients.
- Identify and address client needs through effective fact-finding.
- Recommend and sell tailored solutions from the company's portfolio.
- Work towards KPIs and sales targets, leveraging your organizational skills to manage calendars, CRM systems, and emails effectively.

- Base Salary: £25k with OTE of £32k-£36k (achievable targets).

Key Details
- Office-based in Altrincham.
- Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:15 pm (includes a 1-hour lunch and additional breaks).
